Rex began his 45-plus year career in the real estate industry as a Certified Public Accountant. As a CPA, Rex gained real estate experience as the Office Managing Partner of an international firm of Certified Public Accountants specializing in real estate. Rex subsequently held the position of corporate officer for a New York Stock Exchange-listed national homebuilder.
Next, Rex worked for a real estate developer before starting his own business consulting practice. He joined one of his start-up clients as VP of Business Strategies. Rex guided the $100-Million sale of this Internet company to AOL America Online.
Rex has served 2-years on the School Accountability Community for one of his children's schools.

Supports agents by planning and managing digital and offline marketing strategies to showcase listings for maximum exposure. Each marketing campaign is uniquely tailored to the listing by communicating the story of the home and optimizing reach to produce measurable results. She also helps agents build their brand presence and connect with prospective clients, while developing and executing company marketing and public relations strategies.
Stephanie oversees our commission and escrow accounts, as well as maintains agents' files before and after closing. In collaboration with our in-house attorney and managing Broker, Stephanie's main responsibility is to make sure that each transaction's paperwork is in compliance with the Colorado Division of Real Estate. This means following up with each agent to guarantee every document has been appropriately completed. She also oversees administrative functions and daily operations as well as supports office staff.
Diana creates and coordinates all print advertising for the office and individual agents. Produces a monthly real estate magazine and weekly newspaper ads including open houses, manages the advertising account, and agent billing. She manages ListingsMagic accounts and advises agents on all local and national advertising available.
Brittany processes contracts and files all of the documents once the listing has gone under contract. She also makes sure each document is signed properly by each party. She then sends the file to an attorney for legal review. She sets up task reminders as well as orders title work when requested in order to help execute a neat closing.
