Dining, Entertainment & Shopping

Many dining establishments fill the area, giving you plenty of opportunities to find the ideal cuisine for your tastes. Copper Rail Bar & Grill is the ideal spot for dinner and drinks. Kikos Authentic Mexican Food is a favored selection in town if you prefer authentic Mexican cuisine. Gluten-free and vegetarian options are available, or you can choose from some popular menu items like their carne asada, Patrick's fiesta salad, chili Relleno con Carne, huevos rancheros, or breakfast burritos.
When you're in the mood for German cuisine, Lauer Krauts is a family-owned restaurant worth trying. They're well-liked for their krautberger, special soup, and dessert of the day that's always changing. Their German coffee cake, called Rival Kouga, is made with a variety of fruit flavors.

Things to Do

Riverdale Golf Courses provide two 18-hole courses for your enjoyment. The Dunes course winds around the South Platte River and provides a serene yet challenging excursion. A tree lighting ceremony takes place in December to mark the start of the holiday season, while the Festival of Lights gives you something to do throughout it.

There's something for every age group, with disc golf, skating, soccer fields, a splash pad, and a picnic area all available. Barr Lake State Park is even more worthwhile.
