Ballpark

Welcome to Ballpark

The Ballpark neighborhood is indeed a paradise for baseball fans with the 50,000-plus capacity Coors Field Stadium built-in 1995 on 76-acres. The key to the revitalization of the neighborhood was the creation of the 20-block Ballpark Historic District in 2002 to preserve and protect the turn-of-century character and ambiance of this area of factories and storehouses near the original rail yards of Denver.

Today you will find North Larimer Street teeming with brewpubs, jazz clubs, eclectic art galleries, cafes, inviting coffee houses, and unique retail shops.  The sense of community can be witnessed monthly from April to October at the Ballpark Flea Market with over 100-merchants. Gritty city living is yours in the Ballpark neighborhood.
